Crystal Voyage Assurance - Itinerary Change Protection
Crystal Cruises has introduced a new program providing an added layer of assurance in the event that unforeseen global travel restrictions require significant changes to set itineraries. For new and existing bookings from January through April 2021 aboard Crystal Symphony and aboard Crystal Serenity, Crystal Voyage Assurance offers guests the opportunity to cancel their cruise for a full refund within seven days of being notified of itinerary changes.
Changes may include either embarkation or disembarkation port/s, and/or alteration of more than 30% of the itinerary's scheduled ports of call. Guests electing to continue with their booked voyage can expect a curated itinerary to attractive destinations and the enriching, award-winning experience for which Crystal is known. Crystal Voyage Assurance includes itineraries to the Middle East, Asia, Africa, the Mediterranean and the 2021 Full World Cruise and all of its segments (including the final segment, which departs May 2021).

New! Final Payment Policy for Sailings through December 2021
Ocean, River, Yacht & Expedition: Final payment is 60 days prior to first service for all new Ocean, River, Yacht and Expedition bookings for sailings through December, 2021.
New! Cancellation Policy for All 2021 Sailings
- All Administration Fees are waived.
- 60-31 days prior to first service: 25% penalty
- 30- 8 days prior to first service: 50% penalty
- 7 days prior to first service: 100% penalty
Standard cancellation penalties will apply to insurance and Personal Select Air. Pre- and post-cruise packages will mirror the updated temporary cancellation penalties. Port charges, taxes, and fees paid will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Future Cruise Credit may be applied to new bookings or existing bookings that have not been paid in full. Future Cruise Credit may not be used for initial deposit or split over multiple bookings and there is no refund value. Future Cruise Credit must be applied by 12/31/2023 to a booking departing by the end of 2023. Future Cruise Credit will be applied to guests profile within 30 days. Program's cancellation, reduced deposit and final payment policies do not apply to charters or contracted groups. These temporary policies may change occasionally as conditions and events evolve.
